Refund policy

Our refund policy is 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To make a return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase. The return should be made by filling out this form: https://shapeheart.typeform.com/to/rjF13d1

A return label will be sent by email within 48 hours and the shipping costs will be at our charge.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received your item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or rejected.
If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time frame.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are issued:
. Any item that is not in its original condition
. Any item that is damaged
. If parts are missing for reasons beyond Shapeheart's control
. Any item returned more than 30 days after the shipping

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you have not received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company (it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted).
Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at contact@shapeheart.com.

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Product Exchange

If you need to exchange the product for another item, please send us an email to contact@shapeheart.com
and specify inside the package your order number, your contact information, the product and the size of sleeve you need. Your item should be returned using the return label provided. 

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of your item. Shipping charges are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
