    When you buy a Shapeheart product you get a warranty on the magnetic system 🏆. But no worries the magnets are designed to magnetize for decades and decades. Regarding sleeve, textile parts and rubber bands for two-wheeler products the basic warranty is 2 years. This period is extended to 10 years by registering your product.

    The way it works is simple, you have the slightest concern under normal use, we replace the defective part for you. This is the advantage of buying from a French company 🇫🇷. This allows a better quality of after-sales services. Because by producing tens of thousands of parts every year, we are never safe from having let a small defect on a product slip through.
